Are you always behind? Do you have this nagging thought that there are still so many things to do, that you are behind with practical stuff and maybe even behind in life in general?

In this episode we are talking not only about coaching tools on how to manage your schedule (no to do lists! no multitasking😉), but also about how to sit in a feeling of having enough time and perhaps even more than enough, feeling real abundance of time.

We encourage you to take 15 minutes every day, doing absolutely nothing, immersing yourself into nothingness.
